Consistently trying to express Love and Passion in each bit of food I create
I am an profession chef for 12+ years. Got start as an chef Assistant for Caribbean catering company named Imogine, which stroked a fire to attend culinary. I attend Humber college for one year before switching over to George Brown college. Worked at a couple of Joeys restaurant moving my way up from line cook to Sous chef while honing my skills. I whole heartedly believe that food is an expression of love and live to recreate that expression in the food I create.
