Born in Brazil and raised in Canada, my passion for food, culture, and exceptional service was deeply influenced by the remarkable women in my life—my mother, grandmother, and godmother. From a young age, I developed a profound love for cooking, which eventually led me to a career in private clubs and catering. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills and cultivated a deep passion for chef-driven cuisine and delivering memorable experiences through exceptional hospitality.
Throughout my career, I’ve had the privilege of cooking for high-profile guests, including Prince Harry and the Danish Royal Family, national leaders from Japan, Canada, and Germany, top business executives, and global dignitaries. Rooted in my Latin heritage, I specialize in blending traditional South American flavors with innovative, locally-sourced ingredients.
