I had been around the fire of the kitchen all my life. My first memories are my with my grandma fixing dinner for the family. I feel that especial connection and I printed y every dish.
Born in Veracruz, México; near to the sea, near to the river, near to the jungle and influenced by european recipes I had pick up flavors and “sazon” like no other.
