I'm dedicated to delivering memorable dining experiences through my passion for food, attention to detail, and commitment to using the finest goods.
With over 20 years of experience in the fine dining industry, I am a highly skilled and innovative Executive Chef known for her exceptional culinary artistry and leadership. My extensive background in creating a wide range of exquisite, high-quality dishes, including French, Italian, and contemporary fusion. As well as,
menu development, the ability to design and execute seasonal and innovative menus that cater to diverse palates. As an Executive Chef I have gained strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and mentoring kitchen staff to achieve peak performance of the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene. Through cost management I have also gained expertise in budgeting, cost control, and inventory management to maximize profitability. But most importantly having the most fun learning and challenging myself in new directions while teaching and gaining experiences with my peers.
