I'm Caitlin, a talented chef based in Oakville (available across the GTA as well), Ontario. I specialize in creating beautiful, flavourful, and healthy dishes that are sure to please. With over 16 years of experience in the culinary world, I'm confident I can take your culinary experiences to the next level.

My expertise ranges from private dinner parties to large corporate events. I'm able to craft custom menus for any occasion. Whether you're looking for something traditional or something innovative, I'm confident I can provide a menu that will exceed your expectations.

I have an eclectic range of cuisine ranging from classic French and Italian to Caribbean, Japanese, Southern and Newfoundlander!

I'm passionate about creating healthy dishes that are both visually pleasing and delicious. I'm also able to accommodate any dietary restrictions or allergies. I have worked with many including celiac, vegetarian, vegan, dairy free and simply catering to personal preference. I see this as a fun challenge and is never an inconvenience.
