I am a professional chef with 10 years of cooking experience that specializes in fine dining. Through my years in the industry I’ve had the privilege of working with great chefs and experimenting with all types of cuisines. I spent most of my career in corporate kitchens and spent the last few year focusing on a artistic side of cooking. Now I spend my time operating Slainte a whiskey and wine lounge downtown.
