I am a professional Chef with 10 years of experience in the industry of fine dinning restaurants around the world. I started my career in Brazil, my home county, attended school for 3 years for Gastronomy. After 5 years of work, decided to move to Canada to continue my learning experiences. I attended Culinary Skills at Conestoga College in Waterloo ON for a year while working and after 2 year moved to Spain to chase the dream of working in the best restaurant of world. I lived in Barcelona for 6 months and worked at Disfrutar, where I took my career to the next level. I learned Spanish as well as Spanish food. Came back to Canada and I am now working as a Sous Chef at Canoe Restaurant. Now I am looking to expand my experience even more as a Private Chef, where I can offer different experiences to my guests and being able to apply all my creativity to their requirements.
