I am a professional chef with 30 years experience. I grew up on the east coast and have cooked in many restaurants there. I’ve also cooked in Toronto, Whistler, Peterborough and New Orleans. Chef Brad was awesome! He quickly and efficiently prepared our food, which was incredibly tasty. He was very professional and explained our dishes and also was fun to chat with. We had a delicious salmon starter, salad with amazing prosciutto crisps, steak with the best mushrooms and Demi glaze, and homemade beaver tails with crème caramel. My guests and I talked about the food all night. And, our kitchen was cleaner than before!! Thank you Chef Brad!
