I’m Island raised and believe that great food comes from great local ingredients. The best meals you will have are with good people and good wine.
I am a private chef with over 15 years of experience cooking world wide for private clients or on yachts.
Started cooking in restaurants at age 13 and have stuck with it ever since, training at Vancouver island university then many different restaurants before going fully private.
I have a passion for fresh local ingredients, amazing fresh seafood.
I also love to cook with an Asian flair if it’s something the client desires.
