I graduated from George Brown College for Culinary Management in 2018, setting the stage for a dynamic career that began with the O&B Group. There, I immersed myself in a world of sophisticated ingredients, drawing inspiration from the vibrant flavors of Spanish, Portuguese, and Argentine cuisines.
My journey continued as I embraced Mediterranean influences during my tenure as a sous chef at Parallel Brothers, where I further refined my skills and expanded my culinary repertoire. Taking on a leadership role at Mamakas Taverna, I was entrusted with managing the production kitchen team—a challenge that honed my organizational abilities and deepened my commitment to culinary excellence.
