Inspired by his 13 years in the food industry, Anthony takes food preparation to a whole new level. Anthony personally hand picks every ingredient, ensuring that his customers always get the freshest, and most delicious meals every single time!
Throughout his years in the industry, Anthony he has been able to incorporate various flavors, cuisines and techniques which has led him to starting up his own catering company. He has partnered with some of the best local farmers and food providers in order to make sure he's always supporting his community and local businesses when he can.

Butternut squash croquettes, served with candied wild boar bacon, goat cheese pomegranate mousse and drizzled with chive oil
Gruyere cheese, pancetta and French bread stuffed chicken supreme served with a brandy pan jus. Accompanied with pomme rissolees and green beans
