I am a profesional chef with 9 years of experience, I studied at the ITHQ and run my own kitchen for the past 5 years. I specially in South American food but have been trained with classic French techniques. I’m owner of my own restaurant for the past 4 years, I had a chance to work in many great restaurants in Montreal where I’ve learned a lot of interesting techniques.
