Hi, I'm Chef Andrew Fong and I own Hot Knives Catering. I prepare home-cooked savoury and sinful food for corporate, weddings and private events in order to nourish the body and feed the soul. Together with my team at Hot Knives Catering, we create customized menus as we strive to use, if not infuse, fresh, locally sourced ingredients. Our food will impress the palate of many types of eating lifestyles including Keto, Plant-Based, Health Conscious or those who simply love good comfort food like grandma used to make.

I've been cooking since 14 years of age. My current passion for cooking food that is simply delicious and good for the soul comes from his experience working from fine dining, to golf courses, to catering large and intimate events.
