I’m a passionate young chef from the province of Venice, now based in Canada. My culinary journey has taken me through Europe, with memorable experiences in Spain, the Netherlands, and France, as well as North Africa, where I developed a deep appreciation for Moroccan cuisine. Raised in Italy, I have a strong background in traditional Italian dishes, which I’ve mastered over the years. Now, I’m excited to build on my expertise by exploring new techniques and flavors, blending my Italian roots with my newfound love for Moroccan cuisine. I’m dedicated to expanding my culinary skills and bringing a taste of my diverse experiences to my new home.
