I'm a semi-professional who cooks constantly. I've worked with catering companies and in kitchens around the GTA. I've done a variety of private catering events for friends events as well as friend of friend events. I also recieved a place on MasterChef Canada. My favorite cuisines are Japanese, Italian, French and Chinese. My favorite thing to do is make people's favorite dishes.
