I am a red seal chef with 5 years experience in the field. I went to culinary school at NAIT, with a full scholarship from the Edmonton chef association. I’ve gained many different experiences, including moving to Banff to work and run kitchens at the Fairmont. I have the most experience with French style food, but love cooking and learning new techniques! I take an interest in nutrition and absolutely love learning how food works with and affects the human body.
