Chef Aleksandar Rajic

Currently, I am employed as a culinary instructor at Cuisine et Chateau in Calgary, where I have gained valuable experience teaching both children and adults for over a year. Additionally, last summer, I led a kids' camp for Nini’s Cooking Class, further enhancing my skills in educational settings. I thoroughly enjoy interacting with students and imparting culinary knowledge to them.

My journey in the culinary world began in Serbia, where I completed my education at culinary high school and culinary university. Since then, I have had the privilege of working in various countries such as the USA, Switzerland, Germany, Slovenia, and most recently, Canada since 2020. These experiences have provided me with a diverse skill set and a deep understanding of different culinary traditions.
