Private Chef In HamiltonChef Adriano Cappuzzello - Born in Ragusa, Sicily, an island more bountiful of fruit and vegetables than Niagara Region. I started in a 1-michelin star restaurant at the age of 14 and continued to work my way up in positions all over Europe including countless Michelin Restaurants.
Now, I have taken a leap in faith to work for myself, where I can express my creative freedom on a different level. Based in Niagara-on-the-lake, I hope to bring a complete farm to table concept when possible, with a European mentality, as well as educate others in the meantime; thus I called my company "Apprenez", which means to learn/ teach in French. I want to bring inspiration from every country I have worked in using Niagara, seasonal ingredients and Canadian ingredients where possible.
