I am a professional chef with 18 years of experience working in various types of restaurants from casual fine dining, wineries to hotels. I currently am the chef and owner of Relvas Catering in Kelowna BC. I have been luck enough to receive various awards through Okanagan Life Magazine and was voted Chef of the Year by the Okanagan Chef's Association in 2018. With a love for food and a passion for this industry I look forward to creating an unforgettable menu for my clients to enjoy.
