When I moved to Saskatoon, I had the opportunity to join the team at Little Grouse on the Prairie, where I was able to work under the mentorship of local celebrity chef Dale Mackay. It was during this time that I learned the importance of precision, creativity, and dedication to quality in fine dining.

I then took on the challenge of rejuvenating a struggling Italian restaurant. Despite the initial hurdles, and the COVID 19 pandemic, I transformed the restaurant into a symbol of Italian fine dining within the local community, significantly enhancing its reputation. This restaurant was called La Cucina.

I specialize in rustic Italian cuisine - from all types of handmade pasta, sauces, hearty stews, and rich desserts. Wih a deep appreciation for the traditional flavors and techniques of Italy, I craft each dish using fresh with precision and care.
