My culinary journey has taken me from the vibrant cuisines of Asia to the heart of Europe. For over a decade, I was able to discover the secrets and flavours of these diverse worlds and translate them into my own culinary language. My in-depth training in Germany has given me a solid foundation in classical cookery, while my curiosity has always driven me towards the exciting possibilities of modern, dietary and molecular gastronomy.

These experiences merge into a harmonious dialogue of cultures in my creations. Carefully selected ingredients are combined with a touch of inspiration from around the world to create dishes that are more than just filling. Each dish is an expression of my personal touch, with the aim of giving you a flavourful and unforgettable experience.

My passion is to create dishes that are enjoyable and memorable. I love to develop thoughtful compositions that not only tantalise your palate but also create an atmosphere of indulgence. The small moments of excitement at the table are the result of my commitment to authentic taste, innovative ideas and the inexhaustible variety of natural flavours.

For me, food is more than just nourishment. It is an experience that should do us good - in flavour, in feeling and in its effect on our world. I firmly believe that our food choices have a profound impact on our wellbeing and our planet.
