Passionate pizzaiola crafting gourmet plant-based pizzas and fine dining, inspired by life’s moments to create innovative, story-driven dishes.
I am a professional chef with experience across Eastern and Western Europe and the USA. A graduate of HRC Culinary Academy, the top school in the Balkans, I’ve honed my craft in a 5-star hotel in Maastricht, NL, the city’s finest, and at a 1-star Michelin restaurant in Breskens, NL, where I mastered attention to detail. Since 2018, I have been plant-based oriented, incorporating this philosophy into my cooking. My most transformative experience was working for over a year in Miami under a James Beard-awarded chef, who reshaped my culinary vision and introduced me to the art of pizza making. There, I discovered the complexity of dough and became obsessed with creating the perfect recipe—and I did it.
