I offer services for home cooking. I do not have a fixed menu, and we can discuss the menu before I offer my service.

I can be the one who introduces you to the world of the nuanced flavours of exquisite Chinese cuisine (or give you a spicy adventure), or the one who prepares healthy, delicious, nutritionous meals for weight loss for you. I also provide service of feasts for family gatherings. My cooking will be a unique and unforgettable journey for all your family members.

I was brought up in a family where cooking was taken extremely seriously. My father grew up in kitchens and learned great cooking skills from the fantastic chefs. In fact, he won my mother's heart with all the exquisite and delicious food he prepared for her. During my childhood years, I also cultivated a passion for cooking. I was able to learn the fundamentals of cooking while I cooked with my dad. Later, I gained knowledge and experience from the cooking cultures of China, Japan, India, Korea, UK, Italy and Belgium as I continue to explore the cuisines from different culture.

Not only am I excellent in the cooking Chinese cuisine from different regions (or foods from the countries I mentioned above), but I also care a lot about the combination of enjoyment of flavour and healthy, balanced eating. I can prepare foods that are good for nutrition intake, great for weight loss, and still enjoyable. I can also prepare wonderful feasts that make you love your life without having to suffer from the consequences of over consuming fat and sugar.
