My interests: medicinal herbs, cooking with wild edible plants and foraging, Ayurvedic cooking, sugar-free cooking
I am a fierce promoter of healthy lifestyle and food as a medicine. I consider cooking with fresh and seasonal produce absolutely essential.
In the past two months I have been traveling throughout Czech Republic, visiting various farmsteads to help with organic growing and assist with all aspects of animal husbandry.
