Pasionate about food and drinks ,always looking for great flavors to create an expirience
I am chef with more than 15 years of experience all over the word, working in destinations like Usa, Colombia, Peru, Singapur, Spain, and Aruba.
In 2017 I had the opportunity to work at restaurant Arzak, a 3 Michelin star in San Sebastian Spain, and in 2010 at Les Amis in Singapore a top 50 in the San Pellegrino list in Asia.
Having the opportunity to cook around the world gave me the chance to learn about new ideas, new cultures and new flavors and define my creating cooking style.
