Great meal. Empanadas were fantastic. I highly recommend Chef Luis on your visit to Aruba.

Luis was the chef our group used for a bachelorette party of fifteen for multiple meals over three days. From the beginning, Luis was wonderful to work with in curating a menu and was accommodating to all preferences and very cognizant of all allergies. As you can imagine, feeding fifteen people is no small feat, but Luis and his team did an excellent job. The food quality was amazing, communication was always top notch, his team kept the kitchen in our airbnb so clean, and the meals were on table on time. I would highly recommend.

Chef Luis was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!! He was very accommodating and polite!! The food was and the presentations were on point!! I would recommend Chef Luis and look forward to having him again on my next time I visit Aruba!! 10/10!!

Chef Luis and his team were excellent to work with! We had 3 dinners and a brunch for 18 people over the course of the week and it was such a pleasure. He is very attentive at accommodating food allergies. Our guest with celiac disease felt so comfortable - he treated her with extra care. We went back and forth a few times tweaking the menu before the trip and his follow up was timely. He even accommodated the children on our trip with last minute requests to have what the adults were having. It was such a pleasure to sit down to these special dinners knowing that everything was taken care of! We will book with Luis the next trip and would highly recommend him to anyone looking to make their Aruba trip extra special.

The he chef was terrific. Food was great and he brought ballons, a card, and flowers to help celebrate my wife’s birthday. I would recommend him to anyone interested in the service.

Luis was amazing. We did brunch daily for 5 days. He was on time, had the menu together and executed flawlessly. His food was flavorful and it was everything we asked for. We also brought one of our own dishes to be cooked and he cooked it to perfection even though he wasn't as familiar with it. Also, his prices were very reasonable, we got some other quotes that were double his price. Our overall experience was awesome and we will be booking Luis for our annual Aruba trip next year.

The site was extremely easy to use! The chef they paired us with was absolutely amazing, his name was Luis. He was awesome with getting us a menu that fit us perfectly and when he came to the house was extremely respectful and professional. The food was the best food I’ve had in a while, I would highly recommend him to anyone who is unsure of which way to go!! 10/10 experience with him!

Our dinner was delicious! Best Caesar salad ever! But even more wonderful was the perfect service! Pure excellence! Luis is talented, charming, and a wonderful chef. We’ll definitely have dinner with him again

Chef Luis was such a delight! He was very efficient and the plated presentation was beautiful. He explained each course and the process of preparation. Chef thoroughly cleaned up the kitchen and even left some leftover cake for us to enjoy with coffee the next day! I would recommend him highly and definitely use again.

Just spent an incredible vacation in Aruba and Chef Luis and his team were phenomenal! They served breakfast, lunch and dinner most days and every meal was more delicious than the last. Friendly, professional and discreet — the team truly exceeded my expectations. The mimosas at every breakfast were such a wonderful way to start the day, and the prepared drinks kept my large group of 9 always with a drink in hand. Luis was friendly and engaging and accommodated a party of 10 in a punctual and professional manner, He and his staff left our kitchen and dining area spotless each time, cooking and serving a unique mixture of familiar American dishes, with a taste of Aruban cuisine. We got it all for a great price, and I would recommend that anyone visiting Aruba have at least one meal prepared by Luis.

Our chef experience with Chef Luis was great. We didn't realize that one of our guests has celiac disease and Chef Luis was very attentive and was able to customize the menu on the spot for her so that she was able to enjoy the private chef experience.

Chef Luis and his assistant, Stephanie, did an excellent job for our party of 9. They made the most of what was available at our rental property. We were all very pleased with our meals and definitely recommend them.

We had dinner with 4 couples on Valentine’s evening in a house in Aruba. Luis did everything to make our dinner party the best it could be. Luis brought his own cutlery, cloth napkins, wine glasses and centerpiece for the table. He prepared the entire dinner in our kitchen. His food preparation was perfect. He selected and purchased the food and wines for paring with the dinner courses. He and his assistant served each course and wine paring and talked about each wine selection. All in attendance were impressed with the food quality and service. After dinner, they cleaned the kitchen and table and left nothing for us to do. I would definitely ask Luis to make another dinner for us in the future.

Wow, just wow. I hired Master Chef Luis Albarran for a surprise honeymoon dinner for my husband. Chef went over the top to add romantic touches to the setup of dishware and utensils. The food was stellar. It felt like we were eating at a Michelin star restaurant—- right at home! From presentation to taste, my taste pallets were exploding! Chef greeted us with some bubbly for the special occasion followed by crisp garlic bread to start the night. We then slid into a delicious french onion soup followed by a custom garden salad with a homemade dressing. The main entree was the star on the menu; Juicy lamb chops with risotto and exquisite sauce. The dessert was a whole show. Chef Luis prepared a creme brûlée, charring the sugar with fire right before our eyes. My god was dessert delicious! Best creme brûlée I’ve ever had! The best part? Chef Luis brought all the ingredients with him, and then some. He prepped, cooked, served and later cleaned up! We had a royal treatment and an absolutely amazing time! And boy was my husband surprised and super happy! I highly recommend Chef Luis Albarran to be your chef for any occasion!
