What can I say but awesome. This was my family first time in Arbua, my fist time staying in a villa. We wanted to make our stay memorable and enjoyable as possible. To make that possible I went on a search for a chef. That was the high light of my stay. Chef Lerjan and his staff were beyond my expectations. They were very professional, kind and catering. Did I mention how Great the food was? I'm still in aw of this memorable experience. The team was great and the food was delicious! Highly recommended!

We made a mistake and had the chef cook our first dinner on our first night. There was NOTHING on the island that compared to what Dining Memories prepared for us. The portions were filling and enough to spare. Ingredients were fresh. Everything was cooked to perfection. We asked for the local cuisine to be incorporated and to our surprise they did this for all meals. It was a great addition to our vacation and to help us celebrate! Thank you Dining Memories! You truly upgraded our vacation!

The chef was incredible! They provided all meals for a week for 11 of us. Each meal was delicious and with different themes. They were flexible with times for each meal and we loved getting to know them.

My family's meal was amazing! Appetizers were served in the living room while people gathered for dinner. I didn't want a plated service as I wanted family members to serve themselves to the dishes offered. I still can't get over how lovely the table was set and how attractively the various foods were presented in their own serving dishes. It was truly a gorgeous dining table. It was easy for family members to select the foods they wanted to try, and very easy to come back for seconds! The Chef was extremely personable and easily engaged in conversation about the dishes he had prepared.

Absolutely blown away with the service, food and whole experience! Exceeded our expectations and would HIGHLY recommend! Everything from the arrival or chef and staff to clean up was 10 out of 10!

Chef Lerjan and his team did an absolutely amazing job! From the beginning he was extremely accommodating. We had several menu changes since some of the girls on our trip are vegetarian and he also accommodated the dinner to make it family style vs a served dinner. He also responded quickly to all my messages beforehand when I asked for changes. On the day of he arrived on time with his team and did a beautiful job setting everything up. I was not expecting a printed menu with a personalized title and it was such a nice added touch! The food was perfect and quantity wise it was so much that he even packed it up for us to eat later. I was also not expecting them to make drinks for us so I highly recommend having nice mixers around for them to make you drinks (all we had was vodka, seltzer, and cranberry juice). They left the kitchen and dining area spotless after. 10/10 would recommend Chef Lerjan for anyone planning a stay in Aruba!
