Cooking is my passion and only hobby i love creating fusion dishes with European techniques and a broad range of asian and Caribbean flavours.
I am a qualified commis chef with 2 years of experience at oxford university which is also where i did my apprenticeship. Ive been around catering my whole life as my mum is a caterer and I've worked with her since i was able to hold a knife. We would cater for weddings putting out bug buffet spreads, prepare and serve canapés for parties and serve lunch at corporate venues.
