Michelin trained chef from the Basque Country sharing his love for the best products Victoria as to offer.
I began my culinary journey in my late teens as an apprentice at Hotel Du Palais in the south of France.
I quickly fell in love with the thrill of cooking and discovered all the amazing products that the Basque Country has to offer. After graduating I packed a tiny suitcase moved to London to work at the 2 Michelin star Joël Robuchon. Once I had polished my craft I then decided to continue my travels and moved to Melbourne, where I worked for Neil Perry at Rockpool Bar & Grill and for Andrew McConnell at Cumulus Inc.
My culinary focus now is on creating memories by cooking directly with people, where I can bring restaurant quality food to the comfort of your home.
