I am a professional chef with over 20 years of experience. I studied at the California School of Culinary Arts in Pasadena, Los Angeles and from there began my journey cooking at amazing places like the Founders Room Walt Disney Concert Hall, 72nd Academy Awards with Wolf Gang Puck and Hollywood Bowl. Living in Los Angeles and London then onto the open seas working for Princess Cruise Lines and visiting places from New York to San Juan to Copenhagen and many more.

Met the girl of my dreams while working onboard and decided to come back home (Gold Coast) and continue my journey with my private cheffing business and health and well-being coaching (the best of both worlds)

Trent was great to work with, everything came together quickly and without fuss. He was engaging, organized and the food and service were excellent.

We really enjoyed having Trent help us celebrate our surprise birthday dinner for Mum! Nothing was too much trouble and Trent even went the extra mile to collect a birthday cake for us on top of his incredible desserts!! Would highly recommend Trent to cook that special meal for you!!!

Trent was brilliant, I couldn’t recommend him highly enough. We have two young children who, like many children, like the familiar. Trent was completely understanding, he put together something that they enjoyed, he interacted with them so well and was so patient as they wanted to talk to him and walk into the kitchen. He gave us space when we we talking, but he was also so engaging and interacted so well with all of us at all the right times. The food was delicious, the cleanup flawless.

Chef Trent was awesome at communicating with us prior to the event and nothing was a bother for him. He went above and beyond with helping source glassware and supplied all crockery, cutlery and linen for the event, which made the day much easier for everyone. He turned up ahead of time and was on show with our guests from the moment they walked into the event space. The menu was perfect for the day and considered all dietary requirements of our guests and helped with the wine pairing when tailoring the menu with us. We would definitely recommend Chef Trent to anyone who wants an easy going but professional chef with delicious food. We thank you for a wonderful luncheon. Thanks Chef.

Such a great experience. Makes for a very relaxing night. We didn’t have to do a thing. The food was delicious. Kitchen was left completely clean. Chef and the server were both lovely. We would love to have them again
