I'm a professional chef with 10 years experience. I started my culinary apprenticeship in NSW and did the majority of my cooking on the Mid North Coast of NSW in Bellingen. Wherever and whenever I cook I try and utilise the local produce and capture the essence of the region. Working in diverse kitchens has really nurtured my creativity.
