We have been Cooking in the South West for over 4 years, with local Gold Plated Seafood Restaurant Blue Manna and with my Private and Catering functions.
CookDigs has a catering kitchen based in Busselton, market stall at Origins Farmers Market's and a Food Trailer.
Thomas the owner/ Chef has over 20 year experience in the hospitality industry with reaches from Michellin Restaurants London, Hotels in the French Alpes to Super Yachts.
