I was born and raised in Lombardia, a region in northern Italy, in a family of restaurateurs, so hospitality and food is what my whole life is about.
I’m driven by passion and making fresh pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, all the authentic Italian goodness and sharing my knowledge about it, is what I love the most!
The kitchen of our family restaurant is where I learnt that if you want to enjoy an Italian meal you must feel at home!

I did study accounting. I had my culinary school at home! Mum and dad had always run different restaurants and I grew up in a kitchen.
