Chef Shota made an incredible night for my mum’s 70th dinner degustation experience. Communication was regular and he was very approachable, even with the small language barrier. Amendments were happily made to our requests regarding the initial menu he gave us. He also made special meals for the kids, and when 2 people couldn’t come due to sickness, he still cooked their portions and put them aside for ‘doggy bags’. The flavour combinations were unique and very well done, as were his cooking techniques; we are all still raving about the eye fillet!! It was the best cooked any of us have ever experienced. He and his partner were lovely, respectful and friendly. Overall a great night and service.
