I’m a professional chef with 15 years of experience in multiple cuisines such as French, Italian, Asian working at all different levels from Luxury resorts, Michelin and hatted restaurants.

After finishing my apprenticeship in Sydney I then set out on travelling and gaining experience and knowledge overseas at places like, Italy, France.
