I am a seasoned chef with over 15 years of experience, holding a culinary degree from Le Cordon Bleu. My menus showcase over 15 years of expertise honed in prestigious 5-star establishments such as Sofitel and Sheraton, as well as acclaimed hatted venues like Milton Park Country Hotel and Spa. Guided by a philosophy of embracing seasonal flavours and refining the palate, I celebrate the abundant, high-quality ingredients sourced from New South Wales. My latest GIG was at the Peppers Manor House in the Southern Highlands as an Executive Chef.
