I love cooking and I love the look and the face of my customer when I served my food to them. That's why I do this job
I'm an Italian chef with true passion for food and for delivering an excellent dish to people. I believe that cooking for someone is a form of love that you dedicated to other persons. I've start my journey very young when in Italy I decided to join tha culinary school at the age of 14 and 3 years later I was already starting my first apprenticeship in some very busy kitchens. Soon as I got my diploma, at the age of 19 I decided to move in the London, where I had the opportunity to work in a Michelin star restaurant of Gordon Ramsey, after a bit I decided to go back home and try to implement my knowledge of Italian cuisine. After a few years I felt the need to go and explore a bit more around the world and I end up in Sydney, where I worked in some very good restaurants, such as Quay, where I learnt a lot. Sadly I had to leave the country after one year. But my hope was to come back soon as I could and finally 6 years ago I find my way back to Sydney, and now, after working as a headchef in couple of restaurants I decide to move to a different path of consulting and private chef. And here I am ready to cook some delicious dish for you and your friend and family.
