Passionate about sharing my love of good food and hospitality with the world!

15 years of experience in Michelin star and hatted restaurants, cafes and everything in between. After 7 years in the UK I came back to NZ and became head chef at Harvest restaurant helping to earn 1 hat in our first year of being open.

I've organized and run small private events in New Zealand and the UK and absolutely love sharing my craft with people.

I've recently settled in Brisbane and am based in Fortitude valley.

Otago polytechnic in Dunedin, New Zealand but gained the majority of my skills working in amazing kitchens in New Zealand and the UK.
