Chef Michele born in Latina , near Rome , grew up tasting homemade Italian specialities in his family estate.
He began his career in Europe working in luxury hotels, fine dining and as sous chef on board private yatchs, in Italy. Then worked to London, Barcelona, Greece, then in North Africa for an Italian hotel chain as Italian speciality chef.
After a spell in Melbourne in 2011 He worked in Dubai at the Sheraton Dubai Creek hotel and Towers, Then moved to Thailand to Le meridien khao lak, Bangkok and Le Meridien beach resort & SPA in Phuket.
In 2015 arrived to Sydney , and He worked for Oliveto restaurant and bar, and as well Marta Osteria , and working as personal chef for private clients, and on board private yatch during the summer .
Since 2018 He works for his regular clients as personal chef ,where He provide weekly healthy meals to professional Sydney fighters and NRL athletes and private events during the weekend .
