A great experience!

Matteo just wanted to say thanks for an extremely awesome night, the food was next level, OMG the Risotto was out of this world. I would recommend Matteo to anyone looking for a great night he was extremely polite and professional, explained the dishes so well, was happy to chat with everyone, he just blended in. He was happy to divulge info on his dishes as well, We will have these memories for ever, made a most memorable 50th for my Husband, thank you so much for a fantastic evening we will be booking Matteo again 110%, so no going back to Italy for you!!

Matteo was amazing. The food was absolutely divine and he accommodated for 16 guests well. He and his sous chef Cliff were polite, friendly and just had stellar service. My guests want the prawn and Israeli Cous cous recipe!

The whole experience was wonderful. The meal was top quality and above all Chef Matteo was a magician in the kitchen. So polite, discreet and overall an excellent experience. He explained each dish Well and was more than willing to explain methods and processes used to prepare the dish. Hope he’s available for our future events.

Matteo was great! He was so professional, his food was amazing and he left the kitchen cleaner than it was when he came in! I would highly recommend him!

Chef Matteo Zamboni was exceptional - again please! ----------------------------------------------------------- I managed to make a very last minute booking for Chef Matteo to help celebrate our 4th wedding anniversary. Fortunately he was available and the Menu Sensazioni he proposed - and provided on the night - was perfect. A beautiful 5 course tasting menu, with stunning produce, cooked with love and to perfection; all from our tiny little kitchen. Amazing. It will live forever in our memories. I would absolutely book Chef Matteo again. Grazie mille Matteo!

Matteo was a gentleman and his food was delicious!! He was both professional and personal, creating a really enjoyable experience.

Incredible experience! Matteo was punctual, friendly but discreet. The dishes were outstanding. Simple delicious!! He explained what they were and did an exception job. We are all still talking about how amazing the evening was. I think the kitchen ended up cleaner when he left than before he started! We will definitely recommend Matteo, takeachef and will be back for more. All our expectations were far exceeded with the entire experience.

Chef Matteo prepared an absolutely wonderful dinner for a 30th birthday. He was so communicative and flexible about the menu during the planning stage. Every single guest loved each course and we couldn’t believe the quality and quantity of the plates. Chef Matteo arrived on time and the kitchen was spotless when he left. I would highly recommend this service and Chef Matteo to anyone looking for a way to celebrate a special occasion.
