I am a professional trained chef with 18 years of experience specialise in Italian cuisine. I travelled around the world from Italy to England, then eventually decided to come to work in Australia, where I developed my passion for Asian fusion dishes.

My dishes are modern, delicate and well balanced with quality and seasonal ingredients. Apart from modern dishes, I also provide homely and traditional Italian classic which some recipes are from my Italian grandmother.
