Marco and Gilda were AMAZING! We were looking forward to the food, but they provided so much more than that! What a truly memorable experience. We had a 8 course degustation, with suggested wine pairings. Marco was considerate to propose pairings whilst I purchased the wines. We had some trouble getting our little ones to bed, but Marco was adamant we wait until everyone was ready, even though we were over an hour later than our proposed start time. The courses were not rushed as a result and Marco and Gilda ended up leaving after 1:00am! Outstanding patience and professionalism. The food was to die for. The menu was suggested, but so much flexibility with alterations I didn't know how to decide! The dishes were presented with background stories and both Marco (Chef) and Gilda (waitress) were so much fun to be around on this special evening. A once in a lifetime (or hopefully twice) experience for the entire family. Many thanks again Marco.

Marco was incredible! The food was beautifully presented and prepared, he obviously took a lot of pride in his preparation and where the food was sourced from. It was an extensive menu, and we were very impressed by the entire night. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him!

Marco was simply awesome. The dishes were absolutely fantastic. As a committed foodie, I thought his dessert was possibly the best dessert I've ever had. Presentation and description of the dishes was spot on. The thought given to some alternate dishes for my pregnant daugther were fantastic. Would highly recommend him for any high end private dining expereince.

I can’t recommend Marco enough! He cooked an incredible in-home dinner for my 35th birthday, and it was such a special experience. From start to finish, Marco was a total professional with an amazing attitude. Our group was a bit rowdy (sorry, Marco!), but he handled it all with such warmth and humour, making sure we had the best time. Not only was the food phenomenal – beautifully presented and absolutely delicious – but Marco also took the time to explain the story behind every dish, which made the experience even more memorable. Leading up to the night, his communication was excellent. He made adjustments for dietaries without a hitch and never made us feel like any request was too much. If you're looking for a private chef who’s personable, talented, and just an all-around legend, Marco is your guy. Thank you so much for making my birthday so unforgettable!

This was the first time we had experienced a personal chef at home and Marco Dazzan exceeded our expectations. He was very responsive with questions we had prior to the occasion and was understanding and consulted collaboratively with our dietary preferences and requirements. The menu he curated for us superb. Marco explained the background of each dish as it was served making it a very enjoyable experience. He was polite, professional and friendly. He left our kitchen spotless after cooking us a delicious feast. highly recommend, would love for Marco cook for us again in the future.

Marco provided a fabulous meal, had it all. Right from the beginning, Marco kept in contact at all points, from what to chose as a menu, to did we need dishes, cutlery glassware etc. He was very prompt, professional. And the presentation of his food was impeccable, and the taste outstanding. Would definitely have him again.

Chef Ritchie was amazing! He was attentive and accommodating to all of our needs and was able to create a delicious menu that fulfilled both our brief and our dietary needs. Everyone was so impressed with his professionalism and the quality of his cooking. I would love to book Chef Ritchie again for a future experience.

Had an amazing experience with Marco. He was happy to design the menu around what we wanted. Generous portions and all the food was delicious and looked great. Really fresh and light flavours - so didn't feel super heavy after. He had produced from his garden which was lovely. He was also very lovely to chat to. Would definitely boom him again

Chef Marco is a total rockstar in the kitchen! He showed up right on time and brought so much energy and fun with him. The dishes he whipped up were not just yummy but also super creative. Marco was a delight to have. He was engaging, an excellent and amazing cook who got along with my 2yo. He was very easy going, cooking a dish that would cater to her amongst our dishes and was fine to wait for us putting her down to sleep in between as well. The food itself was incredible, everything from the handmade bread to the perfectly cooked steak and dessert right at the end. He even made some mocktails and suggested a paired wine. We were very impressed and would not hesitate to have him again!

Marco provided us with a beautiful culinary experience for a family reunion. His carefully curated Italian menu was fresh and accessible. The Sydney rock Merimbula oysters with finger lime, anchovies toast and vegan chocolate mousse were perfect bookmarks to a day everyone will remember. Thank you Marco
