Get to know me better

I love cooking for others and making people happy through the medium of food.

I am from South Africa, with Italian and Polish heritage. I lived and worked in London as well as Canada. I have learnt a lot about different cultures and how they embrace food and the use of various ingredients which is why I love cooking. I have a lot of fine dining experience but I also love the simple things in life, like cooking over a fire somewhere in nature.

I worked at Pilu at Freshwater for several years, while getting my P.R approved and enjoyed the experience of working with Sardinian and local Australian produce.
