I am a young chef who will try to put into practice everything I have studied during my studies by trying to take care of all the guests

I am writing to express my interest in the opportunity to contribute my culinary expertise to your esteemed establishment. My career journey has been a deeply passionate and evolving one, and I would be honored to bring my unique skills and experiences to your team.

I embarked on my culinary career at the age of 18, driven by a deep love for food and a desire to turn this passion into a lifelong profession. To further refine my skills, I pursued advanced studies at one of the most prestigious culinary institutions, ALMA – The International School of Italian Cuisine. It was there that I was able to deepen my understanding of Italian cuisine, under the guidance of some of the best chefs in the world.

Upon completing my studies, I had the privilege of gaining hands-on experience at some of Italy's most renowned Michelin-starred restaurants, such as Villa Crespi with Chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo and Il Forno by Bruno Barbieri. These stages allowed me to work alongside talented professionals, sharpening my skills in fine dining and culinary techniques.

Afterward, I had the incredible opportunity to work as a chef aboard luxury cruise ships for five years. This role allowed me to travel the world, creating exceptional meals in dynamic environments and gaining exposure to diverse culinary traditions. It was during this time that I developed a deep understanding of managing kitchens in high-pressure settings and maintaining the highest standards of quality, regardless of location.

My next step took me to Rome, where I was part of the team responsible for the opening of the Bulgari Hotel, working closely with my former professor from ALMA, Chef [Name]. This experience allowed me to further hone my leadership skills and play an integral role in creating a unique culinary experience for guests from all over the world.

In recent years, I’ve had the pleasure of working in Dubai, curating bespoke dining experiences on private yachts for high-profile clients. This opportunity allowed me to expand my creativity and develop a refined palate, designing personalized menus that meet the specific tastes and preferences of my clientele.

Now, after years of global experience, I have decided to settle in Melbourne, where I have embarked on the exciting journey of establishing my own culinary business. My goal is to showcase the authentic flavors of Italian cuisine, providing an exceptional dining experience for those who appreciate high-quality, traditional dishes.

I am passionate about bringing people together through food, and I am committed to continuously growing as a chef.
