Hi! I’m Leron but you can call me Hugo
I’m from Tel Aviv. It’s a 24/7 city with lots of action happening all day and night, bars and restaurant are open till late or around the clock..
I Cook the flavours of Tel Aviv. From the most simple soup joint in the middle of the Carmel-Market and to the most delicious mouthwatering street food, and continue with some fancy Ceviche bars and sweet treats, I want you to try it all.

Freshly baked flat bread and a colourful spread of dips: 1. Hummus and warm soft chickpeas. 2. Red chillies Tomato and Garlic dip(“madbucha”). 3. Smoky carrot dip. 4. Jalapeño and Lemon dip
Burnt Eggplant: finished in the oven with olive oil, garlic and thyme with creamy white Tahini. Served with finely chopped salad made with cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, parsley and mint. Lemon & Olive oil

Spanish “Sufrito” Chicken: Thighs cooked slowly on the bone with soft potatoes Turmeric and Black pepper
“kanafeh”- Crispy “Ketayfe” Pastry wrapping a semi soft cheese and soaked in Sugar syrup, sprinkled with Pistachio. Served with Turkish coffee or Mint tea. Guaranteed pleasure
