Get to know me better

Every dish served is a reflection of myself and I will not serve anything that I am not proud of.

I have close to 6 years of professional experience as a Chef. In 2013, I started out as an intern in G Hotel in Malaysia. In 2015, I was given the opportunity to go to Singapore to be an Assistant Chef in a Café. In just 3 years, I rose through the ranks to become a sought-after Sous Chef.

I am professionally trained in French cuisine, with extensive experience in Asian cuisine (Indian/ Peranakan/Chinese/Malay). For 8 months, I was Personal Chef to the Prime Minister of Singapore, Minister of Defence, celebrities and the Sultan of Johor (Malaysia). As Personal Chef, I was responsible for customizing menus to cater to the preference of my customers.

I am highly-versatile in any given environment and I have the ability to create dishes by tasting. I take pride in serving high-quality food and I do not serve food that I am not proud of.

a young age by watching my mother & grandmother whenever they are cooking. I have also graduated with a Diploma in Culinary Arts from IMI Switzerland.
