I am an intuitive Chef, passionate about Latin American & Caribbean cuisines, my journey started when I was 10 years old I became the baker of the family, and since then I've been cooking and learning about the culinary arts for years, I participated in MasterChef Australia 2022 and landed in the semifinals week, which cemented my cooking career, and led me to take my love for cooking into the private cheffing industry.

I've hosted several popups showcasing my traditional cooking collaborating with local restaurants in Melbourne, and I've been working as a Private Chef celebrating weddings, birthdays, anniversaries, and special occasions, with hosts at their homes, airbnb and private venues for over a year.

My husband is from Italy and I also love cooking dishes inspired by my travels to the South of Italy, Spanish, and other Mediterranean flavours often sneak into my offerings as well.
