My food is a reflection of my various upbringings and travels.

My name is Kendrick, and I am a new talent with fresh eyes for the latest trends in the culinary universe. Having graduated from Le Cordon Bleu Brisbane in 2020, I have since worked in venues such as Intercontinental Sanctuary Cove and Siffredi's Spaghetti Bar, as well as managed my kitchen and team in Taiwan. Having trained in French and Italian cuisine I enjoy incorporating Asian flavors into my cooking by introducing ingredients familiar to me and blending them with Western techniques. I hope that you can find a story with every bite.
