Chef Jordan Murphy

i am a professional chef with 5 years experience as a chef. Before this i worked in many hospitality venues from the age of 14. I am now the current head chef of a tavern, 300km south of Perth, WA. I have been the head chef for 1.5 years now and i love it. Before becoming head chef i have traveled to 10 European counties where i have competed in many prestigious chef competitions, where i have walked away with many medals. i have also competed in many national competitions. My last competition and experience was in Thailand at the young chefs battle, where i placed bronze for Australia. I currently hold 14 international and nation medals, 2 trophies and 2 awards/scholarships. I am passionate about cooking and making the patron have an amazing experience.
