Personal Chef In MelbourneFood and creativity have always sparked my curiosity. Raised by Palestinian parents in the tropical setting of Central America, I was exposed to various cuisines and cooking styles. Whether it was helping mom out cook her recipes or growing fruits in our backyard, food has always intrigued me.
After getting my degree in Advertising, I felt that I didn't belong in that world and thus decided to pursue my passion for food. This led me to The Art Institute in Vancouver where I graduated in 2011.
Through the years, I've learned simplicity and quality ingredients are what make superb food so naturally, this concept became an integral part of my cuisine.
With simple techniques and imagination, I want you to enjoy a healthy lifestyle without sacrificing taste and flavor. The feeling of bringing beautiful food to people and hearing their comments about their experience is the most rewarding aspect of food.
